With a sense of purpose, our team feel that senior living work makes an impact every day on the neighbors and provides an emotional reward that other industries do not. You see the direct results of your work in a resident’s quality of life. So much of the time, neighbors and team members often form strong bonds. DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging)

At Eben Ezer we have initiatives that have been established through various guidance and internal conversations. Through those initiatives we developed a DEIB (diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging) committee. Our Director of HR reached out to our entire staff for volunteers to serve on this committee. The committee is in a re-organization phase and will be ready to roll soon!

The committee developed a mission statement as one of their first priorities.
