Who We Serve

Professional caregivers are the heart of aging services

Their invaluable work keeps older Americans healthy, safe, and living life to the fullest—even under difficult circumstances. The older adults we serve at Eben Ezer are able to remain stronger and have a fuller, more independent life, either on or off campus due in part to the amazing care given by our team.

With a sense of purpose, our team feel that senior living work makes an impact every day on the neighbors and provides an emotional reward that other industries do not. You see the direct results of your work in a resident’s quality of life. So much of the time, neighbors and team members often form strong bonds. You get to hear life stories, learn from decades of experience, and build connections that feel like family.

Our dedicated professional caregivers are the key element in the excellent and loving support neighbors receive at Eben Ezer. If this message resonates with you, choose to be a member of this remarkable team by applying today.

DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging)

At Eben Ezer we have initiatives that have been established through various guidance and internal conversations. Through those initiatives we developed a DEIB (diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging) committee. Our Director of HR reached out to our entire staff for volunteers to serve on this committee. The committee is in a re-organization phase and will be ready to roll soon!

The committee developed a mission statement as one of their first priorities.

As a progressive, faith-based community, our approach to diversity and inclusion aligns with our beliefs that everyone matters; Our Team Members, Neighbors, Families, and Community. We strive to recognize individual identities and respect you for who you are, where you are.
