Madsen And Deaconess - Long Term Care
Eben Ezer’s skilled nursing center is staffed with professional caregivers; nurses and certified nurse assistants. Neighbors are evaluated regularly to provide as much independence or attention as is needed. Private living spaces offer all the comforts of home.
Dahms Talton – Assisted Living
The Pines Assisted Living is located in our newly constructed Dahms-Talton Building. These apartments are Medicaid certified and provide a resort-like environment that offers personalized services for individual needs.
Arbor – Assisted Living
The Arbor is a licensed Assisted Living Residence and is for residents who want independent living that combines privacy with the joy of neighbors and the security of staff in the building 24 hours per day.
Technology In The Home – Lifeline
Eben Ezer’s Lifeline Program is a personal response system which links a person from their home to a 24-hour assistant at the push of a button.
Tabor Apartments – Independent Living
Tabor Apartments is a low-income 30-unit, recently renovated, apartment building of independent living. Twenty-three apartments are one-bedroom units and seven are studio apartments, some with a paneled wall between the living area and the bedroom. Tabor is physically attached by a walkway to Eben Ezer Lutheran Care Center. Rent is based on a HUD formula.
