These rooms offer personalized service for individual needs in assisted living. Designated spaces are available for various activities, casual visiting, theater viewing, gardening, and more. Apartments can be personalized with home decor to make the space your own. Each room is equipped with a satellite TV connection, telephone hookup as well as an emergency call system.
Continuous assessment is made of neighbors in order to identify changes in condition and possible need for an increased level of care. It is the continuing goal of Eben Ezer to encourage neighbors to maintain their wellness, independence, and self-esteem. We rely on family support and cooperation regarding the appropriateness of assisted living if needs cannot be met or resident safety is a concern.
Nutritious meals and snacks are served to each resident, with special dietary needs and preferences carefully considered. A variety of activities are offered several times a day in various locations throughout the campus.
Meaningful activities are offered such as concerts in the park, outings to local events, shopping at local retail outlets, travel to Denver for sporting events, hula dancers at our annual luau, petting zoos, dinner at local restaurants, rodeos and BBQ’s.
Respite Care
Respite Care provides temporary relief to those who are caring for family members who might otherwise require permanent placement in a community outside the home. Even though families take great joy in providing care for their loved ones so that they can remain at home, the physical, emotional and financial consequences for the family caregiver can be overwhelming. Respite care provides the family caregiver a much-needed temporary break from the often-exhausting challenges. Eben Ezer provides opportunities for short-term respite care in the skilled nursing center or assisted livings.
