DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging)

At Eben Ezer we have initiatives that have been established through various guidance and internal conversations. Through those initiatives we developed a DEIB (diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging) committee. Our Director of HR reached out to our entire staff for volunteers to serve on this committee. The committee is in a re-organization phase and will be ready to roll soon!


The committee developed a mission statement as one of their first priorities.  

As a progressive, faith-based community, our approach to diversity and inclusion aligns with our beliefs that everyone matters; Our Team Members, Neighbors, Families, and Community. We strive to recognize individual identities and respect you for who you are, where you are.
